For more than 20 years, the scholarship program AIR - ARTIST IN RESIDENCE Lower Austria, initiated by the state of Lower Austria, has been promoting international cultural exchange. They take their anniversary as an opportunity to discuss the prerequisites, tasks and challenges of an artist-in-residence program with international guests. The publication "From the Center to the Periphery" will be published on this topic.
